Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 26, 2026

SurgiSnap Pro ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Collect

SurgiSnap Pro is designed with privacy as a priority. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

How We Use Your Information

Data Storage & Security

All patient data is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable Cloud Sync, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for secure cloud storage.

Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) is available to protect access to the app on your device.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or patient data with third parties, except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., our cloud infrastructure provider) or as required by law.

Healthcare & Patient Data

SurgiSnap Pro is a documentation tool for medical professionals. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare privacy laws (including HIPAA if applicable) in your jurisdiction when using this app to store patient information.

Data Retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete it. Cloud data is retained until you delete your account or request deletion. To request deletion of your data, contact us at support@surgisnap.studio.

Children's Privacy

SurgiSnap Pro is intended for use by medical professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
