SurgiSnap Pro is a documentation and organization tool. It is not a certified medical device and is not intended to replace professional medical judgment, clinical decision-making, or patient consultation. You are solely responsible for all clinical decisions made in connection with your use of the App.

Patient Consent

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before capturing, storing, or sharing patient photographs using SurgiSnap Pro, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Privacy & Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Premium Subscription

SurgiSnap Pro offers optional premium features via subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurgiSnap Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any clinical outcomes or patient data loss.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
